Hi friends! My name is Cat and I am a trained birth doula through DONA International. I got into birth work due to a desire to empower people who are pregnant, in labor, delivering, and in the postpartum period. I desire to listen well, care deeply, give support when wanted, and be a witness to your experience. Allow me to be of service to you in this incredible season of your life!
Hi there! I’m Carly Chapple, birth + postpartum doula local to the Salt Lake area. After experiencing a traumatic first birth, I came to realize that every birthing person deserves to have an empowering and positive birth experience. Including you!
Birth impacts you for the rest of your life. You deserve to feel heard, listened to, and to know your options during labor, birth and postpartum. You deserve to be supported, validated, and feel like the birthing rockstar you are. You deserve to have an advocate — because this is your birth, not your provider’s, your nurse’s, or mine.
I’m there to guide you, provide you with knowledge + information, and empower you. And I LOVE providing that!
When not in the birth world, you can find me outside biking, climbing, hiking, skiing, etc. with my husband and three kids (8, 5, 2).

As a certified doula and childbirth educator, I have provided labor support and taught birth classes for over 14 years in Cedar City, St. George and surrounding areas. Along with my experience and practical skills acquired as a doula, I use my understanding gained during the transformative and beautiful births of our four children to better support my doula clients. I'm experienced with a variety of comfort measures and relaxation techniques and have been told by my clients that I bring calm reassurance and guidance to their labors. Childbirth is normal, amazing, and life-changing. Occasionally there are variations that occur during the process of labor. I want to help alleviate any fears you may have surrounding birth. Initially certifying with The Bradley Method, I have specialized training and certification with The VBAC Link and Madriella. I hold an AAS degree and am CPR certified. On my website you can read all about the services I provide and a bit more about me. I offer free consultations and would like to hear about the support you are wanting for your birth. If you've experienced a previous difficult birth and would like someone to talk with, please contact me. Find me on Instagram @cedarcitydoula
Hello mommas! Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am excited that you will soon meet your baby.
I am Sinda. I am a HypnoBirthing childbirth educator and birth doula serving in the Utah County area. I am located in Lehi. I have been serving mommas from all walks of life. I have served mommas in hospitals, homebirths, and birth centers.
I became a birth worker because I was frustrated at the way mommas were treated at the hospitals. I am also frustrated that it has been a fear-base reality that surrounds birth that is so ingrained in our society.
I had 4 homebirths but all were unmedicated. I tell this story because I know that if I can do it, anyone can. I was fearful of all the things I read and heard. I think with birth education, a doula, and practice, you can totally do it! I want to give that power back to you.
Based in northern Utah, I work as a DONA trained Doula to provide individuals and couples with the emotional and physical support they need in order to have a positive birthing experience. I have experience and additional training in supporting VBAC mothers and Love supporting them and their resiliency and strength! My experience in supporting families during this time of their lives has created a passion inside me for this work that I could have never imagined.
In my personal life I enjoy being a mother to a little boy that I just adore. My experience of becoming a mother has fueled my passion of supporting others as they start their own parenting journey.

Pregnancy, birth and babies....I love it all! I view birth as an opportunity for healing and growth. It's a natural process but every birthing person should feel free to do it their own way and be respected and supported in choosing what that is. I enjoy helping the partner be involved in the process because it is not just a mother experience but a parent experience. I bring a lot of unique qualities to the birth experience. I draw from all the things that I do at the Healing Tree Wellness such as belly dance, yoga, meditation, massage and energy work. It is always such an honor to support a Birthing Goddess in bringing an Angel Earthside. Capturing these beautiful moments along the way with birth photography is always a sweet bonus!
I am very passionate about healing and I believe it can be found in many ways. I'm a licensed massage therapist and energy worker since 1997. I did a DONA training to become a doula in 2003, though I didn't start practicing for awhile since I was in the midst of having my own babies. I started practicing as a doula in 2015. Eventually I did a training called Stillbirthday for bereavement doula services and got certified with them in 2020. One of my more recent educational experiences is Cranial Sacral Therapy for Infants. I love working with babies!
Hello! Birth work and supporting families has been a part of my life for about 12 years. It all began after I had the most fantastic and loving support during the very challenging birth of my second daughter. As I reflected back on that experience I decided that I wanted to be that support for other birthing people and began my doula training. Guiding people with the support that best suits them, along with evidence-based education along the way, and watching them find their strength and power is truly a life-changing experience for me. It is always an honor to be invited into that intimate space of labor, birth and becoming a parent. In addition to birth support, I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a certified lactation educator (CLE). Please let me know how I can support you on your path to parenthood and feeding your newborn.
