Jonathan Rupp, JD

Jonathan Rupp is an AV-rated lawyer, representing clients both large and small in their commercial projects, insurance coverage, workers compensation, and real estate needs. He received a B.S. degree in economics from Brigham Young University in 2003 and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University in 2006. While attending Washington and Lee, Mr. Rupp was selected as a Burks Scholar and taught legal research from 2005-2006. Mr. Rupp also worked as an instructor at Southern Virginia University in 2005, where he taught Intro to the Study of Law. He served on the Board of Directors for the Spectrum Academy Charter School from 2007-2009 and on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the Utah State Bar from 2009 – 2015, with the last two years as Co-Chair. In 2017 Mr. Rupp was selected as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in civil litigation by Utah Business Magazine. Mr. Rupp is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Utah and Idaho. His areas of practice include civil litigation, banking law, workers compensation defense, insurance coverage, and real estate law.
