The UDA Murder Mystery Retreat will be held at Jensen Nature Park in Syracuse on

We want to see your best 1920’s costume and be ready to solve a mystery! Light lunch will be served and make-your-own-pizzas for dinner.

We will have a Mala necklace making tutorial as well as a Self Massage Techniques class for the doula before we begin our murder mystery!

Registering early will ensure your murder mystery character will be assigned in time and ready for fun!

Each year at our retreat we recognize a Doula from the UDA. Nominations are open to the general public, and are judged qualitatively and quantitatively by a panel of experienced doulas from the UDA. The doula who is found to be a leader in the birth field and offers family centered support, will be awarded at the UDA Fall Retreat by the founder or president of the UDA. Dedicated to provide quality, evidence based and compassionate support, these doulas are creating better outcomes for mothers and babies not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. All nominations will be disseminated to the nominees whether or not they or members of the UDA or win the award.
