Provider of the Year Award Presentation and Care Provider Appreciation Night Calling all Care Providers! Join us for a special event Friday, May 1st at SLCC Miller Campus, 7-9 pm. We will present the Provider of the Year Award followed by a reception with hors d’oeuvres and mingling to thank you for working alongside us to support Utah families. Midwives, OBGYN’s, family practitioners, lactation consultants, body workers, doulas, nurses, pediatricians, etc. are encouraged to attend. Cocktail attire. |
Care Providers will receive a complimentary ticket for them and a guest with their registration.
Tickets to this event for non providers are included with a conference ticket or may be purchased separately.
